Absolute Stillness

Poem:

Absolute Stillness could be an Art form sort of like Yoga. Mindfulness has come into Vogue. To purify your Brain you just stop it from complaining. You can transform your head using five transcendental words and turn your Third Eye into a poem. You could create a humanization factory from out of your knees and back. Rather than being ordinary you could be extraordinary. To sit cross-legged nicely without your mind whining is sublime. You could arrive at it after regular practice. It could be early morning silence. You could transform the room. It is good if you don’t move. You can go up to the inner moon like being an astronaut. Maybe young children should dream of this kind of art. You could create your own personal religion and get candles and incense. Although you are just an ordinary person you could go out of body by inducement. The separation could be your healing. It is strange that the best heath measure is to cease being there. It is called annihilation. It is the last frontier of the advanced Sufi. It is actualy the playground of ecstacy like Emily. It seems people in the East have learned to transform their mind by going completely out of it, maybe there is something we can learn from it. It is as if you could induce enlightenment with just teaching! It is either obvious or innovative. The charging of words occurs as a result of being dead. I would suggest that you read them by someone like Kirpal if you want them in English. Gratitude feedback loop

That line from Masnavi reflects one of Jalal al-Din Rumi’s deepest psychological and metaphysical principles: gratitude is not merely moral politeness — it is an energetic amplifier of human capacity.
