Poem:

Praxis Action is the main thing. Thinking is distraction and low octane. But a companion to action. My three main wheels are meditation, exercise and creativity. Meditation’s companion is scripture. Exercise has a companion in diet. Creativity manifests in writing and composition with a companion in reading and playing music. The companion for your disembodied soul is transcendental music. It goes without saying your body is a companion to your soul but it thinks it owns it so you have to remove it. It is annoying that the human body did not come with a manual. It is like an iphone to know how to use it you have to be a disciple. You have to stand around and beg all the time. You have to find a Master and get in line. It would be sweet of someone to write the missing manual. Though they might not get paid much. If you do not have much scheduled, then you have the opportunity to meditate a lot. You can repair your brain before you get in trouble. Let’s just face it, poetry works better for understanding mysticism. While prose sits flat and lacks pizzaz. Mysticism is more than emotional it is energetic and inspirational. It happens right now and has a immediate benefit which is obvious. It is other people that are hard to explain to a solipsist’s brain. I have my own veins why worry about the Nile River and the Mississippi. DS Poem December 6, 2018 Ali ibn Uthman Hujwiri ‘s Kashf al-Mahjub (the revelation of realities veiled) begind with a chapter “On Ilm” It turns on the critical relationship between discursive knowledge and action... Gratitude feedback loop

That line from Masnavi reflects one of Jalal al-Din Rumi’s deepest psychological and metaphysical principles: gratitude is not merely moral politeness — it is an energetic amplifier of human capacity.
