Poem:

What’s great about being a long term practitioner is instead of going into meditation you can go straight into Samadhi. You don’t have to wait for something to happen. In the old days you had to wonder- why is it only working sometimes. Now you can have bliss and withdrawal all of the time. Spiritual development is exponential. Science will find out how good it was a hundred years later. At night you don’t have to go to bed feeling like you accomplished nothing like the capitalist and materialist. You may not have gone to the ninth heaven but at least you tried. You can sit still frequently and touch on the sublime all of the time. My two pillars of well-being are stillness and movement- they together form my state of being. DS Poem December 31, 2018 #stillness #movement
