Poem:

With folded legs you can sit still and stare into space. You can leave behind the whole human race. With joined hands you can say your mantra and replicate Buddha. If it has become a habit you can intensify the moment. You can break open your mind and do it for a long time. This is the essence of the Sublime. Your accumulated effort has a positive effect. If today is your sell-by date, then it might be a good idea to meditate. If you don’t know when your sell by date is, then you had better meditate anyways. You can do a re-enactment of enlightenment every morning, which could then be very reassuring. It takes off most of the pressure. Simran and Dhikr are preliminary practice for your audition. The reading of scripture is helpful if you are trying to create your own personal religion. The third eye is the best place to put your attention. There is every reason to believe the huge amount of Bliss in the air is the Truth. The aura surrounding the Master is unmistakable. Though it varies in degree by everyone’s receptivity. They can hold back that which is top secret. If you did not accomplish what you were supposed to do at twenty you can try again at fifty. Spiritual power is invisible sort of like a magnet. You can whittle down you things until you have become someone extremely simple. In the process you will begin to feel like you are a Zen Master. You can alter your perception until you become completely international. The human brain is more interesting than a micro-processor. DS Poem January 2, 2018 #poem #sell-bydate #meditation

Gratitude feedback loop
